Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for a full refund.

Refund Methods: We offer refunds through your original payment method or store credit (your choice).

Return Shipping:

  • Dubai: Returns within Dubai are completely free!
  • GCC (Except Dubai): A return request fee of 20 AED will be applied.

Additional Considerations:

  • We may require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or excessive returns.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days, depending on your payment method.


Certain items are not eligible for a refund. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
